Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, for any items purchased from www.johariwest.com, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order date to return it.  Please package your return carefully and send it to the returns address below.  The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return shipping costs:

We only offer free shipping on purchases; all returns are shipped at the customer's expense.   

All products purchased from any other sales channel should be returned through the respective channel.

Exchanges:

We are sorry but we do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges are treated as two separate transactions: a return and re-purchase. For the return portion, please follow the instructions above, and then purchase any replacement at your convenience.
